Virus 'M'..

Entah kenapa, semenjak dua menjak ni, virus 'M' ni dah menular teruk dalam badan aku. Bukan je malas nak meng'upload' foto-foto, nak membukak blog ni pun, malas. Kadang-kadang tu, nak on computer pun malas. Sometimes, 2-3 hari tak on computer. Kalau on pun, setakat nak tengok email je, and then off balik. Badan rasa lemah je. Bila dok je kat sofa tu, sambil baca buku (Once Removed yang tak habis-habis lagi...) mata pun mula la rasa macam nak terpejam. Cepat-cepat aku bangun, minum air dan cuba-cuba buat kerja lain. Anyway, hari ni berjaya jugak aku menggagahkan diri meng'upload' foto-foto kitorang bercuti di Tiara Beach Resort (TBR) hari tu, ke FP. Actually, masa di TBR, Nurin cukup suka main air. Tapi dia ni cepat pulak fobia. Masa naik slide, ayahnya terlambat nak sambut dia, so dia terjatuh ke dalam air. Lepas tu, terus dia tak nak naik slide tu lagi. Tapi still nak main air, but she would prefer main kat kolam yang luas, yang ada spiral slide (tapi dia takleh la naik slide tu, coz slide tu untuk kanak2 and dewasa je). So, diapun main-mainla kat pool yang besar tu, dengan floatnya. The next day, pagi-pagi lagi kitorang dah turun, bawak Akeef jalan2 dengan strollernya and Nurin main basikal. Oh! actuallay, dari memula kitorang sampai, pagi Sabtu tu baru bawak Akeef turun. Sebelum-sebelum tu, kitorang tinggalkan dia tidur kat bilik... Sian Akeef. But anyway, he is such a good boy. Tak nangis pun. Bila kitorang balik bilik, baru dia bangun. Wanna view our photos kat TBR? Click here. TBR memang family oriented. So, for me, out of 10 points, aku bagi 9 1/2..

[My Yet To Be New Books]....

[ I once heard somebody said to me, "Reading is the nutricient of mind" and I love reading as much as I love nutricious food.. Recently, I ordered some books from mphonline. They are 'Tangled Up in You', 'Perfect', 'Secrets in the Attic', 'Once Removed' and 'The Alchemist'. 'The Alchemist', is the one that I can't wait to read up. All these while, I used to read Sidney Sheldon's novels and my mind is all set up with Sheldon's comprehensive style of writing. And now, I really do not know what to expect from the author of 'The Alchemist'. I fell in love with the book once I read the synopsis, and ordered it straight away. And now, I just can't wait to hold it in my hands. Friends, I'll write the review of the book once I've finished reading it and will let you all know whether it is worth buying.. Adios!]
Ever wonder why I put the '[ ]' mark at the beginning and ending of the article above (and also at the title)? Well, actually, the article was extracted from my other blog in Yahoo 360. I have actually received all the books that I ordered from MPHonline as told in the above article. And the books are no longer 'my yet to be new books' but are now actually have already become 'my new books'. The only thing is, I still have yet to start reading 'The Alchemist'. Do not know why, but after I 'plastic-wrapped' 2 of the books i.e 'The Alchemist' and 'Once Removed', I decided to read 'Once Removed' instead. And 'The Alchemist'? Haha!! A round of applause to me and myself... After wrapping it, it is just kept cold and untouched on one of my overloaded and overly cramped bookshelves with 4 other new books/novels (or maybe more, since there are a few Malay novels that are still untouched as well). Maybe and that is MAYBE, I will start reading it after I finished reading 'Once Removed', and don't know when that will happen. Maybe (again??) just want to find the right timing to read the novel. Maybe (Oh! No! Again??) I feel that the book/novel (The Alchemist) is quite heavy and need the right timing to concentrate, which I think it is quite hard to find such a 'right timing' while handling my two bundles of joy (3, including my hubby)... To find the right timing is one thing, but to know that the time found is really 'right' is another.. haha.. (again to myself)..
'Once Removed' which I'm still reading now (after a few days.. haha) is quite light and humourous and maybe that is why I chose to read it first. But eventhough it is 'light' as I said (or typed) but still, I could not finish it fast enough. It is not that I'm a slow reader, since I can finish Sidney Sheldon's in 1 day (or 3 days at the most). I think after having Nurin and Akeef, to finish reading a novel/book within 3 days is now a history... haha.. Now, I find that reading novels/books is not done leisurely but the leisure itself is when having the chance to read books/novels peacefully.. (if you know what I mean). But it does not mean that my children (and hubby) are some sort of burden to me or what... they are actually the most precious thing in my life and that is why I would rather put the books away instead of ignoring them. Anyway, reading is good, as I said (or typed??) in my above article "Reading is the nutricient of mind". And right now, I really need some nutricient for my mind (and myself!!)

I'm Back..

Fuh!! Lama sungguh tak menjenguk dunia blog ni.. lebih 2 weeks.. Hmm.. Actually banyak gak activity2 sepanjang 2 minggu lebih tu. On 8hb-11hb November hari tu, aku and family balik ke Kelantan. My mother-in-law nak ke Mekah lagi. Since father-in-law aku dah meninggal pada 1hb August 2004, lebih 3 tahun yang lepas, so, kali ni emak mertua aku pergi dengan adik dan adik iparnya. On Friday, 9hb November, 2007 buat kenduri doa selamat sikit and sembahyang hajat kat rumah Kelantan. On 13th November, 2007 emak mertuaku, adik and adik iparnya berangkat ke Mekah. Adios!!

Ayam Rendang Padang

Hmm.. Hari ni teringin lak aku nak masak Ayam Rendang Padang (or Rendang Padang Ayam?? Hmm.. Mana-mana pun boleh lah..). Resepi ni diberi oleh kawan aku, Ila. Since aku tak tau macam mana rupa Ayam Rendang Padang ni, aku terpaksa bertanya kat Ila a few questions before masak. Hehe.. Jangan marah ye Ila.. Berdebar-debar gak nak masak nih.. Maklumla, first time nak try masak resepi ni. Tak tau outcome nye macam mana. Masak punya masak, Alhamdulillah.. Menjadi jugak (Iye ke menjadi ni Ila??). Tapi aku tak buat rendang kering. Aku buat berkuah sikit, coz hubby aku suka makan berkuah. Rasa nya?? Hmm.. Yummy! Hehe.. Masuk bakul angkat sendiri.. So, sesapa yang nak mencuba resepi ni, boleh la cuba. (Ila, jangan marah ye, aku mengglamerkan resepi kau kat sini. Hehe..)

Bahan-bahan:

Ayam (or itik, kalau suka)
Santan (Banyak - coz masakan ni tak menggunakan kerisik)
Bawang merah
Cili Api (kalau suka pedas, letak banyak-banyak)
Lengkuas
Halia
Serai
Asam Keping (1 je dah cukup)
Kunyit / Serbut kunyit
Garam (secukup rasa)

Cara Memasak:

Masukkan kunyit / serbuk kunyit
Masak sehingga kering
Letak garam secukup rasa dan asam keping

Tadaaaa!!! Selamat mencuba..
p/s: Again diingatkan, resepi ni bukan resepi aku.. Resepi dari Ila. Thanks again, Ila..

Semut, oh! Semut..

Sakit hati aku bila tengok marble kek kegemaran Nurin yang dibeli 2 hari lepas, dihurungi semut. Hmm.. Isk! Nampak nya, from now on, kalau beli kek aku terpaksa letak dalam fridge je la... Hmm.. Habih tu, camno?....
